IN NO EVENT SHALL BOTDOG BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. BOTDOG'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY DIRECT DAMAGES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO BOTDOG DURING THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
