Imports No Longer Use Up Your Daily Limit on Repeat Profiles

We fixed an issue where importing leads from a LinkedIn search could use up your daily import limit before you received the number of leads you asked for.
What was happening
Your daily import limit counts the LinkedIn profiles Botdog checks during an import.
Some LinkedIn searches can start showing the same people again once there are no fresh results left. Botdog could continue checking those repeated profiles page after page, even though no new leads were being added.
In some cases, an import could stop after around 120 leads and tell you that your daily limit had been reached, even though much of that limit had been spent checking duplicates.
What changed
Botdog now recognises when a LinkedIn search has run out of new people.
If the search keeps returning profiles you have already imported, Botdog finishes the import instead of continuing through repeated results and using the rest of your daily allowance.
We also improved the final page of an import.
If you only need a few more profiles to complete the import, only those profiles count toward your limit instead of the entire page.
If you receive fewer leads than requested
If an import finishes before reaching the number you asked for, it means LinkedIn had no more new people available in that search.
Try narrowing or adjusting your LinkedIn search and importing again to find additional leads.
