You agree to use Botdog only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service or any applicable laws
  • Use the service for spam or unsolicited messaging
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Impersonate another person or entity

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

  • All plans include a 7-day free trial
  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Botdog and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Botdog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

7. Service Level Agreement

We maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA for paid accounts. If we fail to meet this SLA in any given month, you may be eligible for service credits as detailed in our SLA documentation.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
