Slack alerts for organization member disconnections

Slack alerts for organization member disconnections screenshot

If you manage clients as separate organizations, you can now point each organization at its own Slack channel and get alerted the moment one of that organization’s members loses their LinkedIn connection.

On the Organizations & Agencies page, each organization now has a Slack button. Paste a Slack Incoming Webhook URL (it looks like hooks.slack.com/services/…) to choose the channel for that organization. From then on, whenever a member of that organization has their LinkedIn account disconnected, we’ll post a short alert to that channel so you can jump in and reconnect it.

You’ll get one alert per disconnection, not repeated ones, and only after we’ve confirmed it wasn’t a brief blip that fixed itself on its own. Leave the field empty at any time to turn Slack alerts off for that organization.

This works alongside the personal disconnect alerts you can already set on your own account. If you don’t set up an organization channel, nothing changes for you.
