Set up in one step

Team owners and admins pick "Regular" or "Team" campaign on the Campaign type step before launch, and tick the teammates whose accounts should send. If your sequence relies on connections only your own account has, Botdog tells you before you launch. Run as many team campaigns at once as your team needs.

Every account stays within its limits

Each teammate's account sticks to its usual daily limits, shared evenly with their own campaigns. A team campaign's priority only counts on the owner's account, so it never pushes aside a teammate's own campaigns.

Messages that sound like the sender

"Sender first name", "last name" and "full name" tags fill in whoever's account sends each message, so "Best, {{senderFirstName}}" always reads right. Replies land in the sending teammate's inbox, linked to the right lead and campaign. If the owner replies in that thread, Botdog makes clear it goes out as the teammate.

Teammates stay in control

"Settings → Team campaigns" lists every team campaign on your team. Teammates opt in or out of each one, or switch team campaigns off for their account altogether. If someone leaves, opts out or loses their seat, the leads they hadn't contacted go to the other senders; conversations already under way wait for them.

Credit where it's due

Dashboards, the weekly digest and Team Performance credit the teammate whose account did the work. Teammates see the contacts they're working on their Contacts page, and can open the Insights for the team campaigns they send for, read-only. Webhooks and the API name the sending teammate, so your CRM credits the right person.

No double contact

Both the campaign owner's and the sending teammate's blacklists are respected. With "Skip contacts who already exist in other campaigns" on (the default), one teammate's account won't contact the same person twice, even across two team campaigns.
