Yes. If you wish to manage all of your conversations in Botdog, you can choose the setting to allow all of your conversations to be imported to your Botdog Unified Inbox, not just those started by Botdog campaigns.

The Unified Inbox is available on the Professional plan and the Professional + AI plan.
