Share your campaign templates with the community
You can now turn your own campaign sequences into reusable templates, share them with the Botdog community, and discover templates created by other users.
Save your own campaign as a template
From a campaign sequence, choose Save as template to create a reusable copy for yourself.
It is saved as a private draft, so you can keep refining it before deciding whether to share it publicly.
Publish templates for everyone
When your template is ready, select Publish and add:
- A title
- Description
- One or more categories
Before a template appears in the public gallery, it is checked for content, quality, and whether the sequence is set up correctly.
A cover image is also generated for the template, and the Botdog team gives the final approval before it goes live.
You will be notified when your template is approved or if changes are needed. You can update and resubmit it whenever you like.
All your templates and their current status are available under My templates.
Discover more templates
The template gallery now includes community-created templates alongside the official Botdog templates.
When choosing a template for a campaign, you can:
- Search by template name, description, category, or creator
- Sort by Most popular, Top rated, or Newest
- Filter by category or favourites
- Favourite templates you want to find again quickly
- Upvote community templates you find useful
- Report templates that do not look right
Every template clearly shows who created it.
Community templates display the creator’s name, while official templates are marked as created by Botdog.
Official Botdog templates do not include voting because they are created and maintained directly by the Botdog team.
