Signing in now works no matter how you type your email

We fixed an issue where magic link sign-in could fail because of capital letters in your email address.

Previously, if you signed up using an email such as Jane@Company.com but later entered jane@company.com, Botdog could treat it as a different address and ask you to create a new account.

What changed

Your email address is now matched regardless of capitalization, so the magic link will always take you to your existing account however you type it.

If the email genuinely does not belong to an existing account, Botdog will now take you directly to the sign-up page with the email address already filled in.

This means you no longer need to type it again.
